2026 Changing Times

27 years ago, our first gig was helping holiday parks sell lodges and static caravans.

This year, we’re publishing books on confidence, leadership, sales, and high-performance teams. People sometimes ask how those two things connect. The answer is simpler than it looks. It’s all the same work. It always has been.

We spent our first three years immersed in the holiday park industry learning what made the difference between salespeople who thrived and those who struggled. We got good at it. Really good.

But the skills that worked on a holiday park weren’t unique to holiday parks. The psychology of trust, the art of listening, the mechanics of behaviour change these translated everywhere.

So, while we became experts in holiday park sales, we were also delivering sales, management, leadership, and team programmes across engineering, construction, finance, and retail.

Then in 2005, we noticed something. Most team-building didn’t work. Companies invested in away days and motivational speakers. People left inspired. A week later, nothing had changed.

We knew there had to be a better way. Something more mature than a one-day event. Something that would actually stick.

That’s when the High Performance Team Questionnaire was born.

Over the next two decades, we used it with 180+ organisations and 34,000+ individuals. We learned what separates the 26% of teams that reach high performance from the 74% that don’t.

So, what’s the thread connecting caravans to confidence to billion-pound infrastructure projects?

Behaviour change.

Everything we’ve ever done comes down to helping people change how they think, communicate, and act so they can perform at a higher level. The context varies. The core work is the same.

For 27 years, we’ve delivered this in person. Workshops. Coaching. Team programmes. One organisation at a time.

But there are only so many people we can reach in a room. 2026 is the year that changes.

We’re sharing what we’ve learned in new ways books, audiobooks, online workshops, physical workshops, and 1-2-1 coaching.

This isn’t a pivot. It’s a progression. Taking everything we’ve learned and making it accessible to more people, in formats that fit how they want to learn.
